Medium roasted to perfection. Fruited, bold dark chocolaty aroma. Juicy, sweet fruited (strawberries) flavour, mild acidity, with excellent body.

Enjoyed perfectly as an espresso, wonderfully as a cappuccino, and just as good in a Plunger, Dripper or Chemex.
