Zarcero farm is run by farmer Cristian Salazar’s father (Danilo) and his two children (Cristian and Greivin). It is a family that has been devoted to growing coee for more than a decade. This coee is processed using the thermal natural processing method, which produces rich berry flavors and nuances of dried fruit and dark chocolate.
